Acts as single point of contact responsible to the Operations Team and ultimately the General Manager for maintaining Government Programs systems and data integrity. Will act as a liaison between Operations and IT responsible for maintaining uninterrupted access to systems used in executing programs and overseeing IT related projects. Holds overall responsibility for the access, use, and functionality of the data in Government Programs’ systems. The position will coordinate efforts between programs and functional support groups to enable holistic, contract compliant systems with requisite data. Will participate as part of Government Programs analytics team from both a data and quantitative analytics perspective.


  • Reports to the Director of Program Management

  • Responsible for overall management and performance of the IT systems deployed to satisfy programs

  • Works to align and standardize systems, functionality, and reporting across programs

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the IT Department

  • Ensures AARs systems are compliant and associated functions provide contract required data, reports, and results

  • Supports new program stand-ups

  • Works directly with clients to address system/data needs, provide training, and maintain system integrity

  • Identifies and achieves program cost targets and financial goals

  • Manages task priorities, short-notice suspense requests, operational constraints, and other potential impacts to maintain program schedule requirements

  • Oversees continuous improvement and standardization plans necessary to achieve system quality and delivery requirements

  • Anticipates problems and works to proactively mitigate them

  • Ensures tasks are completed within estimated time frames and budget constraints

  • Schedules and assigns duties to direct reports and/or non-direct report resources

  • Anticipates data and/or system problems related to operational areas and environmental factors, and determines contingency requirements and solutions

  • Performs diversified duties including report preparation, data collection, trend analysis, reconciliation reports, and business and process documentation

  • Uses various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports with minimal oversight and guidance

  • Travel is required

  • All other duties as assigned


If direct reports are assigned, Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws

  • Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) or Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from four-year College or university; or ten (10) years related experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in aerospace supply chain with exposure to both military and commercial operating environments

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Prior experience with U.S. Government end users
