- Compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing and reconciling Program Cost of Sales reports during the month for IMOPS, AR, A/P and journal entries
Researching Exchange Outrights and Late fees to validate vendor charges
Processing Program Request for Billings to commercial program customers
General Ledger account coding for manual program payables as required
Reporting of program Flight Hours to repair vendors
Processing unbilled shippers for programs as required
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
Must have a minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training.
