SUMMARY

Responsible for inventory, fixed assets, prepaids and accruals accounting cycle. Responsible for preparation of journal entries and account variance analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inventory, fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals monthly reconciliations.

  • Responsible for interface transaction review and adjustments.

  • Responsible for preparation of journal entries and account variance analysis.

  • Assist management with budgets, deliverables to Corporate and external auditors on a quarterly and annual basis.

  • All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Accurate and consistent in work habits and able to follow written and oral instructions.

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Able to multi task.

  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and accounting/financial computer software.

  • Good communication skills.

PREFERRED:

  • Public accounting experience.

  • CPA certification.
