SUMMARY

Opportunity for a student to gain experience in workflow optimization, management control systems, project management and production planning.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review progress with management and recommend corrective action along with review of alternatives. Apply area of degree focus (aero, mechanical, electrical) to design, develop and implement creative and innovative solutions to challenging problems. Perform such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct; ensure adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality; establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. Other duties as assigned by the mentoring Engineer and Program Manager. Mentors will provide direction on a daily basis and guidance to Intern as needed. Intern will be seated with mentors and full team. Periodic evaluations will be accomplished by mentors and supervisors generally on a monthly basis or as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Engineering student enrolled in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical engineering program. A willingness to learn. Team player
