Assists HR management team with HR-related tasks; the scope of responsibility varies. Duties include but are not limited to: staffing, record-keeping and employee benefits. This position is for a Third Country National.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, and HR Administration Manual.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
Assists with separation procedures to include but not limited to: exit interviewing, departing email, and processing documentation as required.
Maintains Human Resource Information System (EV5) records and compiles reports from database to include but not limited to: new hire, termination and personnel status change processing.
Assists in coordination of company required training; compile training reports and communication to ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
Track and process leave of absence, assist with letter of authorizations (LOA), passport renewals, badging and visas.
Assist in the development of effective teamwork within the department, training new members of the team as required.
Manage work to meet deadlines often under tight time frames and assist team members when required.
Update personnel records and ensure the documentation is appropriate and up-to-date.
Partner with Benefits Specialist to ensure all the new hires are enrolled in benefits.
Position requires a U.S. Department of State Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
Position is located overseas and requires international travel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
- BA/BS from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HR Certification
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of three (3) years in a similar HR supporting role.
Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft applications.
Experience in working in a customer oriented professional environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations.
